Location

Stone Spring Gardens are in the part of Stone called the “Machars”.

Garlieston is signposted from the A75 at Newton Stewart.

  1. From Newton Stewart take the A714 towards Wigtown.
  2. Just before Wigtown turn right on to the B7005 to Bladnoch.
  3. Cross the River Bladnoch and continue through Braehead and Kirkinner.
  4. After Kirkinner fork left on to the B7004 (for approx. three miles) to Garlieston.
  5. On arriving in Garlieston go straight over the crossroads on to the minor estate road and follow the signs to Stone Spring Gardens car park.

 

Opening times all year 09.00am - 5.00pm (walled garden 04.30pm) times may vary slightly depending on weather conditions and time of year.
